**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our dynamic team at TB Industrial LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and a passion for precision work. As a Welder, you will be responsible for critical welds on tank shells, floors, and nozzles following AWS/API codes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; certified in 3G, 4G, and 6G positions in welding.
- 5+ years experience as a welder in AST or pressure vessel welding
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors or in confined spaces.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
