Weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (overtime available)

Location: Tyler, TX (within 30-mile radius)
Jobsite Variety: Residential, commercial, new construction, and repairs
Daily Kickoff: Start at 7:30 AM sharp at the shop, load up with your apprentice, and hit the site
Duties Include:
Install plumbing systems and fixtures to code
Perform routine inspections and maintenance
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Ensure site safety and team coordination
Supervise and lead jobsite operations
Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment

Valid Journeyman or Tradesman plumber license (State of Texas)
3–5 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial construction
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong ability to lead, troubleshoot, and collaborate with others
Must be insurable under the company vehicle policy (clean driving record)
Ability to read blueprints, operate tools, and manage apprentices effectively
